2rsc3 seals have a number of important properties, including synthetic rubber materials and reinforcement materials.Seal 2rsc3 are made from NBR and operate at temperatures ranging from -40 to +100 c and sometimes up to +120 c.The 2rsc3 seal has good resistance to the following substances: most mineral oil-based lubricants;Fuel oil, including gasoline, diesel and household fuel;Animal and plant aliphatic oils and fats;Water.Fem calculation was used to optimize the seal lip shape, making the design robust and with sufficient contact force.Seal efficiency is improved by combining the sealing lip with an additional labyrinth formed by a gap between the tapered rubber section and the inner ring retaining edge.
