Failure analysis of the 60/32 32mm inner diameter bearing!

Normal bearing operation sound should be uniform, stable, and not harsh, while abnormal bearing operation sound can have various intermittent, impulsive, or harsh sounds. Firstly, one should get used to normal bearing operation sounds, and then one can grasp and judge abnormal bearing operation sounds. There are many types of abnormal bearing sounds, which are difficult to express in words and mainly rely on experience accumulation.

1. Frequent replacement of 60/32 32mm inner diameter bearing reason: Failure of lubricating grease or oil, incorrect model selection Solution: Ask the oil supplier to determine the correct type of lubricant.
2. Frequent replacement of 60/32 32mm inner diameter bearing reason: Low oil level or insufficient lubricating grease Solution: The lubricating oil must be lower than the center of the lowest rolling element; Fill approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the space with grease in the bearing box.

20. Reason for frequent replacement of bearings: deformation of the shaft and inner ring, uneven expansion of the bearing inner ring Solution: Rework the shaft chamfer to obtain appropriate support.
