Everyone knows that foreign trade is difficult to do this year. The new coronavirus is the black swan worldwide. And this order about 6301 c3 has also undergone many tests, and it has suffered a lot of twists and turns. Passed the 6301 c3 sample test, witnessed the global blockade of the new coronavirus, the salary cuts and layoffs of the client company that survived, and the dust was finally settled after 1981.
2020 is destined to be an extraordinary year. After this baptism, foreign traders understand the nature of trade better. Although this customer is not my first customer this year, nor is it my biggest customer. The third stage: Identify the crisis and turn it into a danger
2020/2/26 affected by the new crown epidemic, we only returned to the office on February 26. At 4 pm that day, at around 9 am in Spain, I dialed the guest phone and thought that if there was no response for so long, there must be something wrong.
After dialing the customer's phone, after a simple greeting, I entered the theme and asked the customer about the 6301 c3 order. The customer asked me to quote the price of 15000-20000 sets.
I find it a bit weird. We are discussing the price of 5,000 sets at most. Why did we ask so many prices this time? Without much thought, I told the guests that they would get a quote on these two days.
Immediately after the telephone communication, I returned an email to simply repeat the content of the telephone communication to deepen the impression. It didn't take long before the customer returned an email telling me that he was confusing me with another supplier. As expected, the sample of 6301 c3 had a problem.
After receiving this email, I did not reply to the customer as soon as possible. Instead, I calmly analyzed the problems at that time and how to recover the customer.
The first analysis question:
I must know clearly what is wrong with the 6301 c3 sample, can it be solved?
The second solution:
The guest has asked the new supplier for a quotation, do we still have room to maneuver? So the best way is to send the latest 6301 c3 samples to the guests for testing. Immediately, I dialed the customer's phone with my phone, and communicated with the customer to verify the problems and solutions of the 6301 c3 sample. At that time, it was already around 10 o'clock in the evening, and the guests were a little surprised when they received my call. Then I asked the guests why they gave up our 6301 c3. Is there a problem with the 6301 c3 sample?
The customer answered yes. After listening to the customer's answer, I first apologize for the sample of our question, and then assure the customer that our new 6301 c3 has been improved. And to ensure that such problems will not occur again, please ask him to send us another opportunity to send 6301 c3 samples. If there are still problems, we voluntarily give up. At this time, the guests also quickly said yes. The stone in my heart finally landed.
Early the next morning, as soon as I arrived at the company, I reported the situation of the guests to my superior and asked the factory to prepare samples of 6301 c3 at the fastest speed. Then I sent samples of 6301 c3 at the fastest speed.
On March 3, 2020, the guests received the samples and entered the second test stage, and there was a long wait.
On March 20, 2020, another email was sent to track the situation of the samples. At that time, the Spanish new crown epidemic was serious and the country was blocked. The guest simply replied that the situation in Spain is very complicated. Then I did not ask too much about the order, but gave some protection suggestions to the guests.
The fifth stage: 6301 c3 orders received!
2020/4/15 When I gave up completely, the guests surprised me.
At 10:57 in the evening, I received a 6301 c3 order email from a guest. I was getting ready to sleep at that time and I couldn’t sleep! Happiness came too suddenly.
However, the guest disappeared again the next day.
2020/5/1 I received a 6301 c3 order from the guest office early in the morning. Let me check and make a good PI.
Early in the morning on 2020/5/15, you will receive a payment bill for 30% deposit from the guest.
2020/5/19 After receiving the deposit of 6301 c3 order from the guests, good things happen, and finally the dust is settled.
