Why the customer choose our 6900 bearing?

At the end of last year, I received an inquiry from a Singapore customer on the platform. The customer only left the company name and email address, and no other contact information. Inquiry only need 6900 bearing quotation, no more details.

I did a background check but found no further information. After replying to the email, I sent two or three more emails later, but received no response from the customer. But I didn't give up as any enquiry for 6900 bearing could be a tradeable order.

Later, I also pushed targeted products to customers from time to time, and customers bought them one after another. The first cooperation and our after-sales service laid the foundation for these subsequent orders.
