6902 ceramic bearing has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, cold resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, magnetoelectric insulation, oil free self-lubrication, high speed and so on. Can be used in extremely harsh environment and special working conditions, can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, navigation, petroleum, chemical industry, automobile, metallurgy, electric power, textile, pump, medical equipment, scientific research and national defense and other fields, is a high-tech product of new material application.
The ring and rolling body of 6902 ceramic bearing are made of ceramic materials, including zirconia (ZrO2), silicon nitride (Si3N4) and silicon carbide (Sic). The retainer is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon 66, polyetherimide, zirconia, silicon nitride, stainless steel or special aviation aluminum, so as to expand the application of 6902 ceramic bearings.
6902 ceramic bearings run without lubrication.This is because ceramic materials are not microwelded. Microwelding occurs, usually with metal, when rolling elements and raceway surface imperfections interact with another induced arc.This reduces the surface and greatly reduces the 6902 ceramic life.Ceramic materials do not have such problems, making them suitable for a variety of applications that require a free lube environment.They're usually at high temperatures which means there's less thermal expansion to behave in a stable way.
Our 6902 ceramic bearing is full ceramic ,the materials of cage have PTFE & UPE & PA,you can choose asuitable one.
And different cage materials have different applications,now I tell you the different cage material features:
the PTFE material has feature of corrosion resistance and High temperature resistance 180 degrees . the UPE material has feature of acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance 90 degrees ,also have very good mechanical properties .
