10 elements of axial ball bearing selection

1. Radial load of axial ball bearing 
The main bearing radial load is the centripetal bearing.  The nominal contact Angle of this kind of bearing A0 <= 450 0.  
2, the axial load of axial ball bearing  
The bearing that mainly bears axial load is generally thrust bearing, and its nominal contact corner A0 >450. 
3. Length compensation of axial ball bearing itself   
Supporting a shaft and bearing is usually a combination of fixed bearing and moving bearing.  The moving bearing compensates the length error and thermal expansion of the shaft.  
4. Length compensation of sliding fit   Non-separable axial ball bearing(such as deep groove ball bearings and self-aligning roller bearings) can also be used as moving bearings. 

5. Separable bearing (accuracy)  
This is a bearing whose rings can be mounted separately, and its advantages are very prominent when both rings are fitted tightly.  
6, precision
In most cases rolling bearings of general size and rotation accuracy are sufficient.  When higher requirements are required, bearings need higher accuracy grades. 
6, not neutral compensation  
Misalignment occurs in the processing of the journal surface or the bearing seat surface, especially the processing of the surface is not completed in a card.  Misalignment can also occur when using a bearing seat, (e.g., flange bearing seat or vertical bearing seat). 

7, speed  
Axial ball bearing have exceptionally low friction and can therefore achieve maximum speed. 
8. Conical hole  
Bearings with conical holes can be mounted directly to a conical journal (e.g., single and double row cylindrical roller bearings in high precision construction).  A given radial clearance can be adjusted when such bearings are installed.  
9, stiffness  
The stiffness of axial ball bearing is usually the force required to produce a certain elastic deformation of the bearing. 
10, friction  
In addition to being heated and cooled, internal friction also plays a great role in determining the working temperature of bearings.
