In May I received an inquiry from South Korea said they need ceramic bearing 6203 with si3n4 ball stainless steel rings. Please help make a quotation and check the shipping cost.We need it urgently,and please pay attention to material we need.Don't accept other material.When I got this inquiry,it's pretty clearly.customer give details.Only quantity not be mentioned.I need to ask him about this.Because 10 pcs or 500 pcs,price is different.So I make a quickly reply. Ask him how many pieces do you need?And he asked back,do you have this in stock?Could you send me picture? si3n4 ball stainless steel

I replied him immediately,yes,it's regular bearing.We have ready stock for 6203 si3n4 ball stainless steel rings.However,I told him quantity is quite important. Hence 10 pcs as sample,or 500 pcs as wholesale,price is not same.Several minutes past,customer decided to take samples first.And I said ok,no problem.He also wanted to know that if he order 200 pcs,what's the price then.So I make a formal quotation for him.Includes sample price and 200 pcs wholesale price.And attached our 6203 si3n4 ball stainless steel rings picture.To show customer material of every part clearly.

Then I wait for customer's feedback.Hoping they can give me good news.No unexpected incidents,they replied immedialtey.They can't wait to proceed sample order,and I make invocie for them.They reminded me again,never mix up the material they asked for.Otherwise,can't fit their device.After receiving payment,we arrange immediately.Until now,3 months past,customer told me the bearing work well on their machine.Good to know!And they intend to order more in next few months.Actually they took samples from different suppliers,because they want to choose the most cost effective ones.Customer said,they tested these bearings together.After several months,our products are outstanding.Based on quality,our price is reasonable.So they hope to cooperate with us next time.So we insist "quality first" principle.
