Why the customer choose our bearing 20mm?

I received an inquiry of bearing 20mm from a Venezuela client from the Spanish station last month. He is very fascinated in many of our models bearing 20mm. He finalized 11 types bearing 20mm products on our website with 10 samples each. It is uncommon for a client to request for so numerous products at one time. It seems that he is really interested in our products. He didn't counter-offer the sample price, which was extremely refreshing, but there was a problem when reporting the cargo, and the customer could not place the order because of the freight.

Because the express fee to Venezuela is very high, the shipping expense is more than 600 US dollars bearing 20mm, and the sample fee is only more than 400 US dollars. This time Chilean customers hesitated and felt that the shipping fee was too costly. I hurriedly explained to him the reason for the high freight, and said that if the order quantity is large in the future, I can go by sea to conserve the freight, and then I found several another cargo forwarders to report the freight, selected the cheapest cargo and reported it to the client, and then Customers still feel that the shipping fee is too high.

We didn't want to lose a potential client because of the shipping fee, so after I applied with the boss, I determined that our company would pay the client $100 shipping fee. The customer happily agreed. eventually, I made the PI for the customer, and he paid quickly go over.
