Installation of bearing cf12

Bearing cf12 is used as a driven bearing for cam mechanism and linear motion with high rigidity and high precision, and is widely used in machine tools, industrial manipulators, electronic components and OA equipment.

Installation of bearing cf12:

1. After making the centerline of the mounting hole at right angles to the moving direction of the cam follower, align the sides of the mounting hole correctly with the /dimensions in the dimension table and fix it with a nut. Do not directly hit the flange of the bearing cf12 with a hammer during installation, otherwise it may cause poor rotation or breakage.

2. The mark on the side of the rod end flange indicates the position S of the oil hole on the track surface. When installing, pay attention not to install the oil hole in the load area. Oil holes located in the load zone will shorten the service life of the bearing. The vertical hole in the center of the rod end is used for oiling or stopping.

3. When tightening the nut, it should not exceed the maximum tightening torque range shown in the dimension table. Excessive tightening torque will sometimes break the threaded part of the rod end. Also, use lock nuts, spring washers, or special lock nuts, etc., if used in working conditions that may loosen the nuts.

4. The fixing of the rod end can be tightened with nuts such as spring washers. When tightening the nuts, do not exceed the maximum tightening torque range shown in the dimension table.
