The method of detaching bearing outer ring depends on the type and installation method of the bearing. Here are some common disassembly methods:

1. Detaching bearing outer ring of interference fit:
Set several outer ring compression screws on the circumference of the shell, and tighten the screws evenly to remove the outer ring.
These screw holes are usually covered with blind plugs. For separated bearings such as tapered roller bearings, notches are set on the housing shoulder, pads are used, and a press is used to disassemble or gently tap for disassembly.
2. Detaching bearing outer ring of cylindrical hole bearings:
The use of a press for disassembly is the simplest method.
For large bearings, the inner ring can be disassembled using hydraulic pressure method, which pressurizes and supplies oil through the oil hole on the shaft to expand the inner ring for easy drawing.
Bearings with larger widths can only be disassembled by using hydraulic pressure and drawing fixtures together.

3.Detachment of tapered hole bearings:
For small bearings with a fixed sleeve, the inner ring can be supported by a stopper fastened to the shaft. After turning the nut back a few times, use a cushion block and hammer to remove it.
For large bearings, it is easier to disassemble them using oil pressure. This method involves applying pressure to the oil hole on the tapered shaft to expand the inner ring and disassemble the bearing.
4.Unloading method:
Unloading is a simple and easy dismantling method, commonly used tools include a hammer, punch, and cushion block.
Before disassembly, in order to reduce friction, lubricating oil is often used to soak the connection.
When unloading, different methods and steps should be taken according to the structure of different parts. For example, the sliding bearing liner and rolling bearing outer sleeve are both interference fit in the hole, and they are often removed from the hole using the unloading method.

During the disassembly process, safety should be ensured to avoid sudden bearing detachment and injury.
