The bearing roller cage separates the rolling elements in the bearing evenly from each other, so that the rolling elements can roll normally between the inner ring and the outer ring.In addition, the bearing roller cage has the function of guiding the rolling body movement, improving the internal lubrication condition of the bearing, and preventing the rolling body from falling off.
The functions of bearing roller cage are as follows:

1.Guide and drive the rolling body to roll on the correct raceway;
2.The bearing roller cage separates the rolling bodies by equal distance and evenly distributed on the circumference of the raceway to prevent the collision and friction between the rolling bodies during work;
3.In the separation type bearing, the rolling body and a ring are combined together to prevent the rolling body from falling off.
4.Keep a proper distance between rolling bodies to prevent direct contact between adjacent rolling bodies, so as to keep friction and heating at the lowest level.
5.The rolling element is evenly distributed throughout the surrounding area to provide uniform load distribution and quiet, constant speed operation.

6.Guide the rolling element in the no-load area to improve rolling conditions in the bearing and prevent destructive sliding.
