NN, NNU type
The outer ring of NN type bearing roller cylindrical has no flanging, and the inner ring has flanging on both sides and middle flanging in the middle.It is possible to allow axial displacement in both directions between shafts relative to the bearing seat.
The outer ring of the NNU type bearing roller cylindrical has a baffle on both sides and a middle baffle in the middle, while the inner ring has no baffle.It is possible to allow axial displacement in both directions between shafts relative to the bearing seat.Therefore, this kind of structure is suitable for mobile end bearing.The cage of this type of bearing mostly adopts the solid cage made of vehicle.
NNF type
NNF type bearing roller cylindrical is a double row full loaded cylindrical roller bearing. The bearing roller cylindrical consists of one outer ring with middle flange and two inner rings with double flange.The roller is guided by the rim of the inner ring and the two inner rings are fixed together with a fastening ring.The structure can not only bear a large radial load and axial load, but also can withstand overturning torque, so it is often used as a fixed end bearing.
NNF type bearing roller cylindrical adopts contact seal on both sides.Bearing inner filled with grease, the working temperature of the grease for - 50 ℃ to + 110 ℃, but due to the limitation of sealing material, the working temperature of bearing is limited to - 40 ℃ to + 80 ℃.
