1. Carefully analyze the inquiry content
On March 1, 2023, we received an inquiry from an Africa buyer requesting our bearing track roller stud type. After receiving the inquiry, I checked it at the first time. The inquiry given by the buyer was very detailed, clearly informing the demand quantity, the receiving address, the preferred mode of transportation,his WhatsApp, and so on. The buyer's information was also very complete, which can be judged that this is a very interested precise buyer. After replying to the quotation email in detail, I immediately added the buyer WhatsApp and once again sent our quotation to him via instant messaging.
2. Timely communication and follow-up with buyers
Because the buyer did not reply the quote on email, I once again sent him a screenshot of the bearing track roller stud type quote through WhatsApp. This time, I quickly received a response. The buyer asked me to report the DHL shipping cost and total price again, and immediately I asked the freight forwarder to calculate the shipping cost and report it. Then, the buyer asked him about the tariff issue he was concerned about and said he wanted to include taxes. As the express delivery I had consulted earlier did not include taxes, I immediately followed his request and found a dedicated tax channel to report the shipping cost and total price. The buyer was very cheerful. After having no objections to the quotation, they directly asked me to start PI, and then arranged for T/T payment the next day.
3. Continuous service is important
I will prepare the goods for the buyer in advance and inform them of the approximate number of days to complete. This is to leave an impression of good and fast service for the buyer. After all bearings are ready, I immediately take photos and send videos to the buyer. I try to display in detail all the models of bearing track roller stud type purchased by the customer in the pictures and videos, so that the buyer can have a practical understanding and experience of the quality of our products before receiving the goods.
After the buyer confirms that there are no issues with the pictures and video content, I will start arranging for shipment. Or you can track the logistics information of the tracking number and forward it to my customer as soon as possible to inform us that we have shipped the goods. And inform us that we will also follow up on the transportation situation.
Tips:
After the bearings have almost arrived at the destination port, remember to remind the buyer in a timely manner. Next, regularly inquire about the buyer's satisfaction with the product, sales status, etc., update the quotation and recommend new products regularly to see if the buyer has any additional needs. After the buyer places an order and completes the transaction, it does not mean that the cooperation ends. The continuous after-sales service needs to be maintained
