Bearing width tolerance selection levels

Radial rolling bearing width tolerance is related to the nominal inside diameter of the bearing.In GB/T 307.1-2005, the bearing width tolerance level is first determined, and then the nominal size of the bearing's inner diameter is taken into account.The bearing width tolerance of the outer ring is the same as that of the inner ring of the same bearing.
In GB/T 307.1-2005, the symbols of width tolerance are: △Bs, VBs, △Cs, VCs;For the specific definition, please refer to clause 4.2 of the standard.

Selection of bearings width tolerance levels:
Cooperate with bearing width tolerance grade of the shaft or the bearing hole associated with bearing accuracy.Cooperate with P0 level precision bearing shaft, its tolerance level for IT6 commonly, bearing hole for IT7 commonly.Have higher request for rotating accuracy and operational stability of occasions (such as motor, etc.), should choose shaft for IT5, bearing hole for IT6.

Selection of bearing width tolerance zone:
Equivalent radial load P can be divided into "light", "normal" and "heavy" loads, etc. The relationship between them and the rated dynamic load C of the bearing is as follows: light load P≤ 0.06c normal load 0.06c < P≤ 0.12c heavy load 0.12c < P
1) shaft tolerance zone for bearing width tolerance:
The tolerance zones for installing radial bearings and angular contact bearings shall refer to the corresponding tolerance zone table.In most cases, when the shaft rotates and the radial direction of load remains the same, that is, when the inner ring of the bearing rotates relative to the direction of load, transition or interference fit should be chosen.Static shaft and the radial load direction is unchanged.
