The silicon nitride black bearing ceramic ring and rolling element are made of silicon nitride (Si3N4) ceramic material, and RPA66-25, PEEK, PI, and phenolic laminated wood pipes can generally be used.
Compared to ZrO2 material, SiN4 made all black bearing ceramic can be suitable for higher speeds and load capacities, as well as for higher ambient temperatures. At the same time, it can provide precision ceramic bearings for high-speed, high-precision, and rigid spindles, with a maximum manufacturing accuracy of P4 to UP levels.

(1) Anti magnetic black bearing ceramic: Due to its lack of magnetism, it does not absorb dust, which can reduce bearing surface peeling and thus reduce operating noise. Can be used on demagnetization devices. Precision instruments and other fields.
(2) Electric insulated black bearing: Due to their high resistivity, they can avoid arc damage to the bearings and can be used in various power equipment that require insulation.
(3) Vacuum black bearing ceramic: Due to the unique oil-free self-lubricating characteristics of ceramic materials, they can overcome the problem of ordinary bearings being unable to achieve lubrication in ultra-high vacuum environments.
Note: The above five types of black bearing can be used in high-temperature, high-speed, acid-base, magnetic field, and non insulation environments with the same set of bearings.
