Insert Bearing UC UK UEL series without bottom end bearing housing

The Insert Bearing without bottom end bearing housing is actually a variant of the deep groove ball bearing. Its feature is that outer surface is spherical, which can be matched into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing seat to play the role of centering. The insert bearing without bottom end bearing housing is mainly used to bear the combined radial and axial load, which is mainly radial load.Generally, it is not suitable to bear the axial load alone.

For example, the insert bearing without bottom end bearing housing with jacking screw is applied to the through-shaft with large rigidity difference and deflection. The bearing is equipped with sealing rings on both sides, which can strictly prevent the invasion of dirt. When leaving the factory, an appropriate amount of lubricant has been filled. Before installation, there is no need to clean or add lubricant. When the jacking screw on the protruding end of the bearing inner ring is tightened on the shaft, the allowable axial load shall not exceed 20% of the rated dynamic load.

General common Type:

1.with jackscrews : UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and deformation product UB (SB) 200 series. Its feature is that when cooperating with the shaft, the jackscrews are used to jack the shaft, and then play a fixed role. However, the cooperation environment needs to oscillate in a small scale. This kind of spherical ball bearing is widely used in textile machinery, ceramic machinery and other manufacturing industries.

2.tapered : UK200 series and UK300 series. This kind has a taper inner hole with an internal diameter of 1:12 shares, which should be used in cooperation with the set sleeve. The characteristics of this kind of outer spherical ball bearing are: it can accept greater load than the outer spherical ball bearing with a top screw.

3.with eccentric sleeves:UEL200 series, UEL300 series and SA200 series. The main feature of this kind insert bearing without bottom end bearing housing is that the upper end has a certain degree of migraine, and sleeve with same degree cooperates with it. Such bearings can also be said to be special bearings, which are mainly used in agricultural machinery (harvesters, straw returning machines, threshers, etc.)

Insert bearing without bottom end bearing housing are preferred for applications requiring simple equipment and parts, such as agricultural machinery, transportation systems or construction machinery.
It is mainly used to bear the combined radial and axial loads with radial load as the main load. Generally, it does not bear the axial load alone. This bearing can be installed with inner ring and outer ring respectively. This kind of bearing does not allow the shaft to tilt relative to the shell, and will generate additional axial force under radial load. The size of the axial clearance of the bearing has a great influence on the normal operation of the bearing. When the axial clearance is too small, the temperature rise is high; When the axial clearance is large, the bearing is easy to be damaged. Therefore, pay special attention to adjusting the axial clearance of the bearing during installation and operation.
