Cam roller track bearing maintenance method:
1, the newly put into use of the cam roller track rotor pump, generally in the operation of 100 hours after the replacement of grease (oil), after every 500 hours to replace 1 times.
2. The cam roller bearing lubricated by grease should be replaced after 1500 hours of operation. The amount of oil filling should not be too much or too little, because too much or too little grease will cause bearing fever.

3. For cam roller track bearings lubricated by lubricating oil, the oil quantity should be added to the specified position.
4, the container containing lubricating oil or grease should be clean, usually should be well sealed, there should be no dust, iron filings and other debris, so as not to damage the bearing.
5, motor bearings with Naki grease, this grease is characterized by high temperature resistance (125℃), but easy to dissolve in water, so it can not be used for pump bearing lubrication.
