Matters need attention for cassette oil seal:
1.Completes the machining checker before assembly, shaft parts with good cavity size is correct, especially the chamfering, there can be no slope, shaft and cavity of end face processing should be clean, chamfering without damage and burr, clean the assembly parts, in the axial load part (chamfering) can't have burr, sand, iron and other sundry, can produce oil seal lip irregular damage, suggest chamfer parts adopt Angle.
2, in the operation skills, you can feel with the hand, whether smooth, really round.
3, before the installation of the skeleton cassette oil seal do not tear the wrapping paper too early to prevent sundries attached to the surface of the oil seal and into the work.
Before installation, an appropriate amount of lithium ester with molybdenum disulphide should be added to the skeleton cassette oil seal on the lip, to prevent the shaft from causing dry wear on the lip and affecting the interference of the lip when the shaft starts at an instant, and should be assembled as soon as possible.If it is not installed immediately, it is recommended to cover the cassette oil seal with a cloth to prevent foreign bodies from attaching to the oil seal.Make sure your hands or tools are clean.
