Dimensional tolerance and geometric accuracy are in accordance with JB/T8877.

The diameters of the needle rollers differ from each other within 2μm, and the accuracy grade is G2 (national standard GB309).

The diameter of the inscribed circle before assembly of the bearing without inner ring conforms to the tolerance class F6.

The radial clearance of the bearing conforms to the specified value of Group 0 of GB/T4604.

The special precision grade is according to GB/T307.1.

Combined thrust and radial bearing material

The needle roller material is GCr15 bearing steel, hardened HRC60-65.

The material of inner and outer rings is GCr15 bearing steel, hardened HRC61-65.

The cage material is high quality mild steel or reinforced nylon.

Special Instructions

The axial load of NKIA and NKIB series bearings shall not exceed 25% of the radial load.

The supporting occasions used for alternating axial loads must be installed opposite.

Thrust bearing components must be preloaded up to 1% of the basic static axial load rating.

When using a plastic cage (suffix TN), continuous operation must not exceed the operating temperature of +120°C.
