It generally use steel plate stamping, basket cage, but when the size is larger, also use car solid pillar cage.
1. When the bearing outer diameter D≤650mm, the steel plate stamping cage is used, and the rear code of the cage is not marked
2. When the bearing outer diameter D>650mm, the steel solid pillar cage is used, and the rear code of the cage is not marked

Adjusting axial clearance For the installation of conical tapered roller bearing, the adjustment nut on the journal, the adjustment gasket and the thread in the bearing seat hole, or the pre-tightening spring method to adjust. The size of axial clearance is related to the arrangement of conical tapered roller bearing installation, the distance between bearings, the material of shaft and bearing seat, and can be determined according to working conditions.
For conical tapered roller bearing with high load and high speed, the influence of temperature rise on axial clearance must be considered when adjusting the clearance, and the reduction of clearance caused by temperature rise must be estimated. That is to say, the axial clearance should be properly adjusted to a larger extent.
For tapered roller bearing with low speed and bearing vibration, no-clearance installation should be adopted, or preload installation should be applied. The purpose is to make the conical tapered roller bearing roller and raceway produce good contact, uniform load distribution, prevent the roller and raceway from vibration impact damage. After adjustment, the size of axial clearance is tested with a dial meter.
