1. Measure the wear size of conveyor frame double lip shaft seal;
2. Surface baking oil treatment: the surface baking oil treatment was conducted on the repair site with oxyacetylene until no sparks were spilled;
3. Surface polishing: use an Angle grinder to polish the surface of the repair part to expose the metal primary color. The rougher the surface, the better.
4. Surface cleaning treatment for double lip shaft seal: clean and polish the parts to be repaired with anhydrous ethanol to ensure the surface is clean and dry;
5. Calculate the amount of material according to the measured wear size, blend the soray carbon nanometer polymer material in proportion to uniform and without color difference, apply the blended material to the site to be repaired, use a scraper to scrape the material evenly and grind it repeatedly until the surface is free of holes and defects;
6. The repair can be completed by curing the material and then removing the excess material from the surface.
