In our company, the customization requirements of ceramic bearings have always been one of our most important concerns. When Owen's customer from Australia communicated with us and requested his customized ceramic double sealed bearings, our team immediately took action. Firstly, we have confirmed the customer's requirements and expectations for bearings, including material, speed, load, drawings, quantity, and other aspects.
According to the customer's detailed requirements, he want 6805 Si3N4 ceramic double sealed bearings. Obviously,he wanted sample first.Then we check our inventory immediately.But usually this kind bearing,belongs to nonstandard type.Hence,we don't have ready stock for him to check.However,luckily that he already bought ceramic double sealed bearings from us a few months ago.As a sample order,only material is different.Last time,he asked for ZrO2 material,which we have ready stock.And now customer chose to belive us,because he already ordered bearing from us,he is satisfied with our quality.But,this time quantity is bog,he need 500 pieces."So I still need to discuss with my whole team,please wait for my reply",he said.
After another week,I got feedback from customer.He brought us good news.Our bearing can totally meet his requirements.And all of his team agreed this order.Then we need confirm more details.Firstly,we need confirm material of every part.The race,balls and cage.Secondly,customer had more detailed needs.He wanted the seal to be black first,and due to restrict of material,we discussed this for 1 hour.Because black material includes glass/Si3N4,and all not suitable to be seal.So finally,the PTFE material is perfect choice.
Then next parts are all easy.We quoted for customer for this new order.And MOQ,he was satisfied with our price and lead time.He was happy that we can finish this order in 20 days.So he finished payment very soon.And our technician made a drawing to double confirm.And he said that he was surprised by our professional knowledge and good service.And we are also glad that we can provide customer good bearings and experience.
