Working principle
Bearing with eccentric locking collar is mainly used to adjust the contact condition of gear tooth surfaces. In large and medium-sized reducers and other large gear transmissions, eccentric sleeves are installed at both ends of the shaft to adjust the eccentricity and change the spatial position of the gear shaft, thereby optimizing the tooth contact situation. Specifically, the eccentric sleeve adjusts the position of the outer ring of the bearing to better align the axis of the gear shaft, reducing errors and wear during the transmission process.

Structural characteristics
Bearing with eccentric locking collar typically consist of an internal eccentric sleeve (whose inner hole is not centered), an external outer ring, and at least three bearings. The outer sleeve is directly installed on the outer ring through a small shaft, or the two ends of the small shaft are fixed on the corresponding left and right support plates. The eccentric positions of the eccentric sleeves can rotate relative to each other to maintain an equidistant distribution, for example, two eccentric sleeves are separated by 180 ° from each other, and three eccentric sleeves are separated by 120 ° from each other.
