Disassembly method of excavator slewing bearing
1. Excavator slewing bearing outer ring disassembly
To disassemble the outer ring with interference fit, several extrusion screws should be pre installed around the outer ring, and the screws should be evenly applied and tightened before disassembly. This type of screw hole usually comes with blind plugs, tapered roller bearings, and other separable bearings. There are several notches on the outer wall of the bearing, which can be removed with nylon isolation blocks. When removing, gently tap to avoid damaging the slewing bearing.　
2. Excavator slewing bearing circular hole disassembly　
The inner ring can be disassembled using pressure machinery. But it needs to make the inner ring withstand its pulling force. Disassemble the inner ring of a large bearing using hydraulic pressure method. Oil pressure is achieved by applying pressure through oil holes installed on the shaft, which facilitates pulling and pulling. The slewing bearing with a large inner diameter is used together with the oil pressure method and the drawing card, which can effectively remove the oil nozzle. It is recommended to use the heating expansion method for the removal of the inner ring of the roller type rotary bearing. Local heating should be carried out in a short period of time. When the inner ring of the roller type rotary bearing is thermally expanded, it should be removed.

3. Knocking and disassembling
Knocking is a simple way to disassemble a excavator slewing bearing, using the lateral force of a plastic hammer to displace the slewing bearing and separate it from each other. In actual disassembly, this method is mostly used. The preparation work before disassembly is to apply lubricating grease to the connection of the slewing bearing and directly strike it with a plastic hammer.

4. Thread disassembly

Remove the small threaded rotary bearing, support the excavator slewing bearing inner ring with a stopper fixed on the shaft, tighten the nut, and smash it with a plastic piece to disassemble. But it is better to use hydraulic method for large slewing bearings. The oil is pressurized and transported through the rotating support oil hole, and the oil is pressurized and transported through the threaded hole rotating support oil hole. If the inner ring expands, it can be disassembled.

1. Pre installation inspection
Check the model of the excavator slewing bearing, remove burrs and residual oil stains from the bearing surface, and ensure that the bearing is in a dry state on the surface.　
2. Install the support　
The axial flatness tolerance is related to the diameter of the excavator slewing bearing raceway and has a corresponding standard value range.

3. Positioning　　
The inner and outer raceways of the excavator slewing bearing are equipped with a soft strip, which should be placed on both sides of the main load surface, that is, 90 degrees away from the main load area. The soft strip is blocked or marked with an S symbol.　

4. Check after installation
Check if the excavator slewing bearing matches the installation surface. If there is any mismatch, use suitable materials to fill it to ensure that the installation surface is level. After the installation of the rotating bracket, welding operations are prohibited on the bracket.
