Flange mounted tapered roller bearings specific installation steps:

1. Before installing flange mounted tapered roller bearings on the shaft, the fixing pin of the flange mounted tapered roller bearings must be removed first, and the surface of the journal should be polished smooth and clean. There is a slight rotation).

2. Lubricate the mating surface of the bearing housing and flange mounted tapered roller bearings, and install flange mounted tapered roller bearings into the bearing housing. Then put the assembled bearing on the shaft together with the bearing seat. Push to the desired location to install.

3. Do not tighten the bolts that fix the bearing housing first, but let the flange mounted tapered roller bearings cover turn in the bearing housing. Also install the other end bearing and seat on the same shaft, turn the shaft a few times, and let the fag bearing itself find the correct position automatically. Then tighten the flange mounted tapered roller bearings seat bolts.

4. Install an eccentric sleeve. First put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the bearing inner sleeve, and tighten it by hand along the rotation direction of the shaft. Then insert or hold the small iron rod into the countersink hole. Use a hammer to strike the iron rod in the direction of rotation of the shaft. Make the eccentric sleeve installed firmly, and finally tighten the hexagon socket screws on the eccentric sleeve.

A. Heating coordination
The installation method of heating flange mounted tapered roller bearings or bearing seats and using thermal expansion to transform tight fit into loose fit It is a common and labor-saving installation method. This method is suitable for the installation of fag bearings with a large interference. Before hot assembly, put the bearing or the separable bearing ring in the oil tank and heat it evenly at 80-100 ℃, then remove it from the oil and install it on the shaft as soon as possible. In order to prevent the end face of the inner ring and the shaft shoulder from being tight after cooling, the bearing can be axially tightened after cooling. When the outer ring of flange mounted tapered roller bearings is tightly fitted with a light metal bearing housing, the hot mounting method of heating the bearing housing can be used to prevent the mating surface from being scratched. When heating the bearing with an oil tank, there should be a grid at a certain distance from the bottom of the tank, or hang the bearing with a hook. The flange mounted tapered roller bearings cannot be placed on the bottom of the tank to prevent sunken impurities from entering the bearing or uneven heating. There must be a thermometer in the oil tank. Strictly control the oil temperature not to exceed 100 ° C to prevent the tempering effect and reduce the hardness of the ferrule.

B. Press fit

When the inner ring of the bearing is tightly fitted with the shaft, and the outer ring is loosely fitted with the bearing housing hole, the flange mounted tapered roller bearings can be pressed on the shaft with a press, and then the shaft and flange mounted tapered roller bearings are installed into the bearing Inside the seat hole. During the press-fitting, an assembly sleeve made of soft metal material "copper or mild steel" is placed on the end face of the inner ring of the bearing.

The inner diameter of the assembly sleeve should be slightly larger than the journal diameter, and the outer diameter should be slightly smaller than the flange of the bearing inner ring, so as not to press on the cage.

Flange mounted tapered roller bearings have a tight fit between the outer ring and the housing bore. When the inner ring and shaft are loosely fitted, the bearing can be pressed into the housing bore first. At this time, the outer diameter of the assembly sleeve should be slightly smaller than the diameter of the seat bore .

If the flange mounted tapered roller bearings ring and the shaft and the seat hole are tightly matched, the inner ring and the outer ring should be pressed into the shaft and the seat hole at the same time during installation. The structure of the assembly sleeve should be able to press the end surfaces of the flange mounted tapered roller bearings inner ring and the outer ring at the same time.
