Under certain conditions, this type of bearing does not require maintenance, but when there is water vapor or pollution during operation, and it is often operated at medium or high speed, it must be relubricated. In the case of oil lubrication, the seal ring needs to be removed and the grease in the bearing needs to be cleaned. The rotation speed is increased by 30% when oil lubrication is used.
NNC/SL01 series full bearing of cylindrical roller bearings
NNC/SL01 series full complement cylindrical roller bearings are unsealed bearings. The outer ring is split as a whole and fixed together by a connecting lock plate. Therefore, the outer ring cannot bear axial load. The split outer rings are exactly the same, each with a flange, which can be used for axial positioning in two directions. The inner ring has three flanges. The outer ring has oil grooves and three lubrication holes. This series of bearings is usually oil lubricated.
NNCL/SL02 series full bearing of cylindrical roller bearings
NNCL/SL02 series full complement cylindrical roller bearings are unsealed bearings. The outer ring has no flanges, with oil grooves and three lubrication holes. The inner ring has three flanges. A fixing ring is installed in the center of the outer ring between the two rows of rollers to prevent the rollers from falling out and keep the bearings as one. This series of bearings allows a certain amount of axial displacement between the shaft and the bearing seat to occur in the bearing. Because it can be used as a floating end bearing.
NCF...V/SL18 full bearing of cylindrical roller bearing
NCF...V/SL18 full complement cylindrical roller bearing, with a single rib on the outer ring and a locking ring on the side without rib, can be used for unidirectional positioning of the machine shaft. The axial clearance "S" inside the bearing ensures the axial positioning displacement of the machine shaft relative to the bearing box.
NJ...V/SL19 full bearing of cylindrical roller bearing
NJ...V/SL19 full complement cylindrical roller bearing, used in extremely heavy load and low speed situations, has a self-locking roller group. Even if the inner ring is removed, the rollers will not fall off. Therefore, this type of bearing is easy to install and disassemble, can withstand unidirectional axial loads, and can be used for unidirectional positioning. The dimensional tolerance and geometric deviation of full complement cylindrical roller bearings shall comply with the P0 tolerance grade of GB/T307.1-94 (ISO492-1994), and the normal original radial clearance is CO. Bearings with original radial clearances of C2 to C4 may also be required. However, the corresponding suffix needs to be added after the bearing code when ordering. Rubber and plastic screw extruders generally use C3 group clearance. The matching tolerance can refer to the selection principle of bearing seat tolerance and the selection principle of shaft tolerance limit. Bearings are allowed to bear a certain axial load. Adequate lubrication is a prerequisite for bearing axial loads. The flanges of one-way locating bearings and locating bearings that bear axial loads must be fully supported. Installation and disassembly, special attention must be paid when installing or disassembling cylindrical roller bearings. The installation or disassembly force cannot be directly transmitted through the cylindrical roller and the rims of the rings.
