Full complement bearing is designed to withstand heavy loads. At the same width, this type of bearing has extremely high load-bearing capacity and a small radial section compared to traditional bearings with retaining frames, which can save space, but the speed is relatively low. In order to ensure the normal operation of the bearing, it must withstand a certain small load under continuous operation, that is, C/P<25. Otherwise, insufficient lubrication and high-speed operation will exacerbate wear. All multi row cylindrical roller bearings have a lubrication groove and lubrication hole on the outer ring.

The function of full complement bearing is not only to allow components to connect to each other, but also to allow components to rotate freely between themselves. The function of the connection is the core part, and the force of the bearing can be fully utilized.
The full complement bearing has two inner rings, which are connected by clamping rings and cannot be separated. The outer ring has a middle edge that can withstand bidirectional axial loads and is used as a positioning bearing.
Due to the large distance between the two rows of rollers, they can also withstand overturning torque. There are two stop grooves on the surface of the outer ring, which can be axially positioned. This type of bearing is equipped with contact sealing rings on both sides and lithium grease inside. The operating temperature is limited to -40 ℃ to+80 ℃.

Under certain conditions, full complement bearing does not require maintenance, but when there is water vapor or contamination during operation, and it is often operated at medium or high speeds, lubrication must be added. In situations where engine oil lubrication is used, it is necessary to remove the sealing ring and clean the lubricating grease inside the bearing. When using engine oil lubrication, the rotation speed increases by 30%.
