The bearings are made of high-quality stainless steel AISI440C, processed by heat treatment and precision grinding, and filled with long-life, high-quality, multi-purpose grease. When the outer ring of the bearing is tightly fitted with the light metal bearing seat, the v-groove gate roller bearing adopts the hot-fitting method of heating the bearing seat to avoid scratches on the mating surface. When heating the bearing with an oil tank, there should be a grid at a certain distance from the bottom of the box, or the bearing should be hung with a hook. The bearing cannot be placed on the bottom of the box to prevent sinking impurities from entering the bearing or uneven heating. There must be a thermometer in the oil tank. Guangxi roller bearings, strictly control the oil temperature not to exceed 100 ℃ to prevent the occurrence of tempering effects and reduce the hardness of the ring.

1. Heat treatment:
The surface of the V-shaped guide rail is hardened, and the surface hardness reaches HRC60; the surface of the V-shaped groove of the V-shaped gate roller bearing is also surface-hardened, and the hardness reaches HRC60; by ensuring the wear resistance of the components, this can ensure the entire set of V-shaped The guide roller linear guide system has a long service life.
2: Precision machining process:
The V-shaped groove of the V-shaped gate roller bearing is precisely processed and can be precisely matched with the V-shaped guide rail to ensure the high speed and stability of linear motion:
3. Assembly process:
The V-shaped gate roller bearing adopts the processing technology to directly process the V-shaped groove on the outer ring, and the entire V-shaped bearing has good rigidity. At present, some factories adopt another assembly process: purchase general bearings, adopt interference fit, and put on ferrules; this design makes it difficult to control the clearance of the bearing after assembly; because ferrules are added later, at high speed and Under heavy load, loosening is easy to occur; spacers are used to prevent the relative axial movement between the outer ring of the bearing and the ring, so it cannot bear large axial loads, as shown in the following figure:
4. Sealing and lubrication:
Adopting precise seal design and high-quality lubricating grease, roller bearings can be lubricated-free for life, which greatly facilitates maintenance and repair.
