Gate wheel bearing is used in the automobile axle

Gate wheel bearing is used in the automobile axle to bear and provide accurate guidance for the rotation of the hub of the parts, both bearing axial load and radial load, is an important part of the vehicle load and rotation.  
The following matters should be noted in the use and installation of gate wheel bearing:
1:There is a magnetic thrust ring in the seal ring of the gate wheel bearing of the ABS device. This thrust ring can not be impacted, impacted or collided with other magnetic fields.    

2: Gate wheel bearing equipped with ABS magnetic thrust ring, in order to determine which side of the thrust ring is installed, you can use a light and small thing near the edge of the bearing, and the magnetic force generated by the bearing will attract it.  Install with one side of the magnetic thrust ring pointing inwardly towards the ABS sensor.  

3:Many gate wheel bearing are sealed, and this kind of bearing does not need to add grease throughout its life.  Other non-sealed bearings such as double row tapered roller bearings must be lubricated with grease during installation.  Because of the different size of the inner cavity of the bearing, it is difficult to determine how much oil to add.
The most important thing is to ensure that there is oil in the bearing. If the oil is too much, when the bearing rotates, the excess oil will ooze out.  General experience: during installation, the total amount of grease should account for 50% of the clearance of gate wheel bearing.  
4:The size of torque varies greatly when installing the lock nut due to the different bearing type and bearing seat.
