Ordinary structure high-temperature resistant bearing: mainly refer to bearings designed using high-temperature resistant materials such as high-temperature resistant bearing steel according to commonly used bearing structures, mainly including high-temperature resistant self-aligning ball bearings, high-temperature resistant deep groove ball bearings, etc.
High temperature resistant deep groove ball bearings: There are no retainers inside, only rolling elements; It can meet working conditions of around 300 ℃, produced with ordinary tolerances, and has a much larger clearance than ordinary bearings. Therefore, it is usually not suitable for high-speed operation and belongs to high-temperature low-speed bearings.
High temperature resistant bearing can not only work under high temperature and pressure, but also withstand corrosion caused by high temperature; It also needs to have the characteristics of non-magnetic, wear-resistant, long service life, and high reliability. In addition, high temperature resistant bearings are required to operate under special working conditions such as impact, vibration, tilting, and swinging with the driving mechanism.
During normal operation, bearings must not exhibit abnormal phenomena such as jamming or noise. At the same time, imported high temperature resistant bearings need to withstand the influence of factors such as vibration and impact. The materials used for bearings must have wear resistance, non-magnetic properties, and corrosion resistance.
