The large turntable bearing code is composed of the basic code and the rear code.
The composition of the underlying code

The basic codes are divided into three parts: the front part is the structural type and the driving type code; the middle part is the diameter of the rolling body (the maximum diameter of the rolling body is for bearings with more than two rows of rolling bodies); the rear part is the diameter of the rolling body (the maximum diameter of the rolling body is for bearings with more than two rows of rolling bodies).
1. The construction type code is in accordance with the rules in table 1.

2. Transmission type code is in accordance with the rules in table 2.

There are different types of cages forlarge turntable bearing, such as integral cages, segmented cages or isolated cages. The integral cage or segmented cage is made of 20 # steel or ZL102 cast aluminum alloy. The isolated cage is made of polyamide 1010 resin, ZL102 cast aluminum alloy or QA110-3-1.5 aluminum bronze.
