Linear bearing slide block are widely used as sliding components in industrial machinery such as precision machine tools, textile machinery, food packaging machinery, and printing machinery.

Linear bearing slide block install

1. Before installing linear bearing slide block, it is necessary to remove burrs, dirt, and surface scratches from the mechanical installation surface. Linear bearings are coated with anti rust oil. Before installation, please clean the reference surface with cleaning oil. Usually, the reference surface is prone to rust after removing the anti rust oil. It is recommended to apply lubricating oil to the main shaft with lower viscosity.
2. Gently place the linear bearing slide block on the bed, and use lateral fixing screws or other fixtures to lightly fit the wire rail with the lateral mounting surface. Before installation and use, it is necessary to confirm whether the screw holes match. If the base machining holes do not match and the bolts are forcibly locked, it will greatly affect the combination accuracy and quality of use.

3. Tighten the positioning screws of the linear bearing slide block in order from the center to both sides, so that the track is in contact with the vertical installation surface. Starting from the center position and tightening towards both ends can achieve relatively stable accuracy. After slightly tightening the vertical reference plane, strengthen the locking force of the lateral reference plane to ensure that the linear bearing can effectively adhere to the lateral reference plane.

4. Use a torque wrench to tighten the torque one by one according to various materials, and slowly tighten the positioning screws of the linear bearing slide block slide rail.

5. Install the secondary rail using the same installation method, and install individual slides onto the main and secondary rails. After installing the linear slide rail on the slide seat, many accessories cannot be installed due to limited installation space, and the required accessories must be installed together at this stage.
6. Gently place the mobile platform onto the sliding seats of the main and auxiliary rails of thelinear bearing slide block, then tighten the lateral locking screws on the mobile platform. After installation and positioning, it can be completed.
