In this case, the following method can be used for installation: apply grease to the surface of the scattered needle rollers, and then stick these needles one by one to the needle roller ring (needle roller sleeve). Be careful not to scratch the surface of the needle roller or the surface of the raceway when inserting, and the number of inserted needle rollers is consistent with the number of needle rollers in the original complete set of bearings.
In the actual installation, it is also possible to design a special tool for installing the bearing in combination with the specific situation, or use the thread and bolt holes on the shaft of the installation part or the bearing seat, etc., to make the installation of the bearing easier and faster.
