Customer from US ordered Linear Slide Bearings Unit-SBR16

One of my US new customer sent me a request in Feb,2022.Who need linear slide bearings unit-SBR16.Perhaps due to the pandemic, there were no purchase orders in 2019,and now things go better.They need this for their project.I browsed their company website,they focus on printer,CNC machine stuff.Good we can provide such type linear bearings,so I replied immediately.Because his info was not clear enough.For rails,there are different length can be customized,150,200,300,400,1000mm...And for sliding block,there is standard and longer type.

Then,the first thing I need to do,is confirm such details with customer.I send him message on platform.I wanted to figure out the length of rail and block type,So I can check the whole linear slide bearings unit price for him.Of course,includes lead time."hello sir,could you tell me the length of rail you need?"However,3 days past,he never reply since then.And the message I sent still showed unread.I felt strange,but I tried to contact customer via other ways,whatsapp/email.Finally,he replied by email.

And I got the important info,he need length of rail-800mm.But he never mentioned block stuff.So I quoted the whole linear slide bearings unit as 800mm rail+standard block SBR16UU.He need 25 sets,so I made a formal quotation list with all cost for him to check.After 1 week,customer replied,he said he received many offers,and chose us to begin.Hope to order more in the future.

We were glad that customer chose us.We took 2-3 days to prepare goods,and ship ASAP.I asked customer if the linear slide bearings unit-SBR16 is ok.But he still didn't give me feedback.Then I thought,all screwed up...Maybe our product can't meet their needs.But at the end of 2022,he contact me!And told me the bearings are good,and they want more for new project.Such good news!!This time,they ordered 50 sets.And now,they order this SBR16 linear slide bearings unit twice a year.
