Linear ball LM60UU bearing is a type of linear motion system used in conjunction with cylindrical shafts for linear travel. Due to the contact between the bearing ball and the outer sleeve of the bearing, the steel ball rolls with minimal frictional resistance. Therefore, linear bearings have low friction, are relatively stable, and do not change with the bearing speed. They can achieve stable linear motion with high sensitivity and accuracy. Widely used as sliding components in industrial machinery such as precision machine tools, textile machinery, food packaging machinery, printing machinery, etc.

Maintenance of LM60UU bearing : Lubrication and Friction: Anti corrosion oil is injected into the interior of the linear bearing. If grease is used for lubrication, first remove the anti-corrosion oil with kerosene or organic solvent, air dry, and then add lubricating grease. (It is recommended to use lithium soap grease with viscosity marked as N0.2.) If lubricating with oil, it is not necessary to remove the anti-corrosion oil. According to temperature changes, ISO viscosity grade VG15-100 lubricating oil can be selected Shaft lubrication can be supplied from the oil supply pipe or from the oil hole on the outer bearing seat. Due to the fact that the sealing ring will scrape off the lubricating oil, oil lubrication is not suitable for bearings with sealing rings without holes.

Other types:
1. Straight tube type (shaped like a cylinder, usually installed with snap springs, used for installing smaller sizes)
2. Flange type (with installation flanges at the ends or in the middle, which can be installed with screws. Flanges are generally divided into three types: circular, square, and chamfered)
3. Open type (shaped like a straight cylinder with axial cut on the surface, used in situations where clearance adjustment is required, divided into two types: large opening and small opening)
