Use a puller or disassembler
Pressure unloading and pull unloading have many advantages over impact unloading, such as uniform force application, easy control of force magnitude and direction, the ability to disassemble larger parts and parts with larger interference, and the less chance of damaging parts with this disassembly method. However, unloading and pulling require corresponding machinery and tools. Pressure relief requires the use of pressure machine tools, commonly including mechanical presses, friction presses, and hydraulic presses. Pulling and unloading often use dies, which can be divided into fixed arms and movable arms, as well as two claws and three claws. The pulling force applied by the die claws should be applied to the inner ring of the bearing.
When using the oil injection method replace the LM67010 bearing, the disassembly of medium and large bearings will be safer and simpler. This method injects hydraulic oil between two conical mating surfaces through oil holes and oil grooves under high pressure. The friction between the two surfaces is significantly reduced, and an axial force is generated to separate the bearing from the shaft diameter.
2. Check the working environment to ensure cleanliness and sufficient lighting.
3. Record and take photos for reference during reinstallation.
4. Choose the appropriate disassembly method based on the type of bearing and installation position.
