Customer need linear flange block LMF20LUU
Last month,I received a quotation from a new customer.He left message public,many different suppliers reply him comment.So did I.But he never reply anyone.Actually he didn't give any specific info.what he left is a product description.So,I just sent him price for this product directly,but no reply.I guess maybe this is not a real request.But still,I insist to contact him.After several days,he replied my message on whatsapp.
He said that he need some bearings,but he doesn't know the model number.He is doing some packing machine industry.He only knows linear bearings might be applied.After getting his reply,I know what he need might be linear rail and blocks.But there are so many different types.I also need figure out the accruate type/size he need,so things can proceed.At this case,it is better to send him catalog,we show him all kinds of linear bearing,and then,he can pick up the type he wanna purchase.Next,I ask factory staff to send me a catalog,so we can let customer choose.
And customer was happy to get a catalog,he can know the type he need clearly.After several hours,he figured out the type he need.It is round flange lengthen type LMF20LUU.After getting necessary info,things will become easy.Next,we send him price of LMF20LUU.And checked shipping cost.Customer decided to take samples first.And thanks for our help and service.This is also a pleasant order for us.Customer is very kind,although he is not familiar with bearing stuff.
The good thing is we can help him with our professional knowledge and team.
Customer received goods a few days ago,he is satisfied with our products.And now the bearings are already installed on his device.As so far,everything looks good.-From him feedback.And he said he's happy to order trial for LMF20LUU.Besides,he is interested in our other type bearings.He also need other ball bearing for his machine,he'd like to buy others from us.
