Old customers continue to place MR128 ZZ orders
Our Brazilian client visited our factory in 2018 and they speak Portuguese, so there was a translator accompanying them at that time. In 2019, the customer placed an order for several types of ordinary ball bearings and roller bearings made of bearing steel, including MR128 ZZ, MR148 ZZ, 6000 6100 6200 6300 16000 61900 61800 series, 32000 series, and 22000 series. Perhaps due to the pandemic, there were no purchase orders in 2020, and I thought the customer had changed suppliers. Unexpectedly, in March 2021, two more orders worth 67000 USD were placed, and the customer ultimately decided to merge them into one full container shipment.

In May 2023, the customer said they wanted to customize a mixed material MR128 ZZ, with stainless steel inner and outer rings, ceramic balls, ZZ seals, and customized paper box packaging. The quantity is 30000 pieces, and due to the need to LCL with other goods from the customer and meet the shipping schedule, time is very urgent. After rigorous calculations, if we do not customize the boxes, we can meet the customer's shipping schedule. In the end, we will deliver 30000 MR128s to the designated warehouse of the customer's freight forwarder 2 days in advance.

In October 2023, I continued to follow up with the client, who said they still needed the MR128 ZZ, stainless steel inner and outer rings, ceramic balls, ZZ seals, and customized paper box packaging that were customized last time.

The customer sent a sample of the box in November, and by this time we have completed the production of MR128 ZZ bearings. Just wait for the customer's box samples, drawings, and then proceed with sampling - customer confirmation, and then mass produce the boxes and package them. This time we had ample time and fully met the customer's requirements. After receiving the goods, the customer expressed their continued satisfaction with our bearings. The customized colored box packaging also exceeded the customer's expected effect
