Needle bearing washer is aring part of a thrust rolling bearing with one or more raceways.
The thrust bearing consists of a thrust cage assembly with a needle or cylindrical roller or ball and a needle bearing washer.The needle and cylindrical rollers are held and guided by the thrust cage.  
When used with different series of DF thrust needle bearing washer, many different combinations are available for bearing configurations.  Due to the use of high-precision cylindrical roller (needle roller) to increase the contact length, the bearing can achieve high load capacity and high stiffness in a very small space. 

 
Another advantage is that if the surface of adjacent parts is suitable for raceway surface, needle bearing washer can be omitted, which can make the design compact. DF thrust needle roller bearing and thrust cylindrical roller bearing use needle roller and cylindrical roller cylindrical surface for shape surface, which can reduce edge stress and improve service life.  
Needle roller bearings needle bearing washer have large bearing capacity and are suitable for mounting support structures with limited dimensions. The surface of the journal is hardened as the rolling surface, and the bearing is pressed into the seat hole without axial positioning.  

Bearings should be injected with appropriate amount of grease before installation. In general, after assembly, BK bearings are used for bearing without extension end of the journal. The end face sealing plays a sealing role, and can withstand small axial swimming.  
Needle bearing washer are equipped with thin and long rollers, so the radial structure is compact. Their inner diameter size and load capacity are the same as other types of bearings, and their outer diameter is the smallest.
