How can I order needle roller bearing NK24 16?
The customer left detailed contact information, including phone number, fax number, company name, and address. I added his WhatsApp and confirm with him the size,quantity stuff. How many sets of NK24 16 bearings are needed? and what's the accurate size? if you have other required, kindly please tell me together.
The customer quickly replied that they needed to purchase a 24*32*16mm single row,buta groove on outer ring for their newly designed equipment.And he sent me a picture to avoid misunderstanding.According to the info given,we can ensure the type client need is NK24 16 needle bearing.Since still during test period,they want some samples first.If fits,they will order more.
"Great.In fact, we need 20000 pcs per year. kindly please give us a discount. wha's the payment method? can you send us the sample quickly?"After conversation,I sorted out a quotation list immediately.Which includes different price,sample 10 pcs,anf 20000 pcs price.
It's a real long coopeartion customer. We also want to promote the first order as soon as possible. Now,what we can do is wait for client receiving sample and test them.
