NU238 is a cylindrical roller bearing product with an inner diameter of 190mm, an outer diameter of 340mm and a thickness of 55mm.
NU238 bearing purposes
Nu238 can be used for: tower crane, fire pump, hardness tester, plastic granulator, chain hoist, submersible mixer, punching machine, medicinal crushing machine, cutting machine, drill sets, crimping machine, spray cooling towers, pressure welder, ironmaking equipment, drilling machine, garbage incinerators, plunger pump, concrete machinery, etc.
The characteristics of nu238 bearing:
1. Roller and raceway for line contact or repair line contact, radial bearing capacity is large, suitable for heavy load and impact load.
2. Small friction coefficient, suitable for high speed, limit speed close to deep groove ball bearings.
3. Type N and NU can be moved axially, can adapt to the change of relative position between shaft and shell caused by thermal expansion or installation error, can be used as free end support.
4. The processing requirements of the shaft or seat hole are high. The relative deviation of the outer ring axis after the installation of the bearing should be strictly controlled to avoid the concentration of contact stress.
5. The inner or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and disassembly.
