HDPE, PP, UPE pot ptfe bearing have been shown to be suitable for use in relatively weak acid-base cross environments, so they are suitable for most acid/base/salt/solvent/oil/gas and seawater corrosive environments.It has the properties of oil-free self-lubrication and magneto-electric resistance of general plastic bearings, but its mechanical strength is low and it is easy to be deformed.
Therefore, this kind of acid-alkali resistant plastic bearing is not suitable for large load and high speed, in order to overcome the disadvantages of this kind of acid-alkali resistant pot ptfe bearing.
In comparison, UPE materials have better strength, low friction characteristics and low temperature application characteristics (as low as -150℃). Generally, the inner and outer rings are made of HDPE, PP or UPE, and the cage is made of HDPE, PP or UPE. The balls are glass balls, stainless steel balls or ceramic balls.In this way, the comprehensive performance of acid-base bearing will be greatly improved.
