Knowledge of Super Precision Angular contact ball bearing

As we all know angular contact ball bearings can withstand radial and axial loads at the same time.It can work at a higher speed.The greater the contact angle, the higher the axial bearing capacity.However,there is a more accurate branch type.We usually call it super precision angular contact ball bearing.

First of all,we need know what is precision in bearing?

The precision of the bearing includes size precision and rotation precision.
Size precision:
1. The allowable deviation of the width of inner diameter and the width of the assembly;
2. Allow boundary value of the angle size;
3. The volume of allowable changes in width;
Rotating precision:
1. Allow radial/axial beating in the inner and outer ring;
2. Allowing horizontal beating in the inner ring;
3. The amount of allowable changes in the outer diameter surface;
4. The allowable variable volume of cone holes/rolling road thickness.

The precision standard of bearing is based on the ISO standard, which is generally increased from level 0 to 6,5,4,2.
P0 is a normal -level bearing, which is widely used. For machines with low requirements for rotating accuracy. For example, cars, tractors, pumps and other general equipment.
P6 is a high-grade bearings, and P5 is precision bearings with a rotating accuracy of 5-10 μm. Suitable for precision instruments.
P4 and P2 are ultra -precision bearings, with a rotating accuracy of less than 5 μm. Precision grinding gears, aviation equipment, etc.

The precision angular contact ball bearing and ordinary bearing should be distinguished from the following points:
1. size deviation of high precision bearing(inner diameter, outer diameter, ellipse, etc.) are smaller;
2. Products with high precision,the rotation accuracy requires stricter deviation;
3. Products with high precision.The surface shape and quality are stricter;
4.  high precision are more favorable than the material performance of the general accuracy.
