Precision double row ball bearing introduction

The design of precision double row ball bearing is basically the same as single row ball bearings.Deep groove ball axis shape of the raceway plus the raceway and steel ball between excellent density.In addition to bearing the radial load,precision double row ball bearing can also bear the axial load acting in two directions.

Characteristic of precision double row ball bearing:
Precision double row ball bearing is suitable for use in a single row deep groove ball bearings with insufficient bearing capacity.For double row deep groove ball bearings with the same outer diameter and inner diameter as deep groove ball bearings, the width is larger and the load capacity is much higher than that of single row deep groove ball bearings of series 62 and 63.The standard precision double row ball bearing are ordinary radial internal clearance.When there is alignment error between the inner and outer rings of double row deep groove ball bearings, additional loads are caused.This increases the load on the ball and retainer and shortens the working life of the bearing.Therefore, the permissible Angle error is only 2 arcminutes.Any larger Angle error will result in increased noise.If precision double row ball bearing is to bear the pure axial load, generally should not exceed 0.5co.Excessive axial load may significantly reduce the working life of the bearing.

Cage for precision double row ball bearing:
Precision double row ball bearing are fitted with two fiberglass reinforced nylon 66 retainers. Deep groove ball bearing with nylon cage can run at up to 120 ℃ temperature.The characteristics of the cage are not affected by the lubricants used in general rolling bearings except for certain synthetic oils or synthetic oil-based grease and lubricants containing large amounts of extreme pressure additives at high temperatures.
