LFR5201-2RS LFR5201NPP U Groove Track Roller Bearing
The LFR5201 track roller bearing is a two-row angular contact bearing with a very thick-walled outer ring. With these track roller bearings, carriages will run quickly and quietly on guide rails at speeds up to 10 m/s and with a maximum acceleration of 50 m/s2.
The bearings can support high radial- and axial forces in both directions. The special curved shape of the outer ring creates two contact surfaces with the guide rail. Finally, these track rollers are self-lubricating and maintenance-free during their service-life.
Series LFR rollers are the most widely used and economic product among the linear motion track rollers, and they are suitable for cylindrical track.
There are two contact points between the roller and track, with favorable contact function.
The structure of rollers is double row angular contact b type with thick-walled outer ring, making bearngs accomodate higher loads.
The roller is made of high quality chrome steel, processed by heat treatment and precision grinding, filled with long-life, high-grade and multi-purposed grease.
Seal type: double metal shield ( KDD ) or double rubber seal ( NPP ).
