What are the characteristics of RNU bearing?

RNU bearing is based on the NU design cylindrical roller bearings and supplied without an inner ring. These bearings are typically used in applications where hardened and ground raceways are provided on the shaft. Because RNU bearings do not have an inner ring, the shaft diameter can be larger to provide a stronger, more rigid bearing arrangement. Additionally, the possible axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing is limited only by the raceway on the shaft.

Due to its own characteristics, RNU bearing is widely used in large and medium-sized electric motors, rolling stock, machine tool spindles, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, reduction gearboxes, rolling mills, and lifting and transportation machinery.

Effect of temperature on rnu bearing life
When the operating temperature of RNU bearing exceeds 120℃, the bearing parts will lose their original dimensional stability. Therefore, for bearings with operating temperature higher than 120℃, you can put forward special requirements to us and choose bearings with special heat treatment.
