Tolerance of rocker and roller bearing:
Rocker and roller bearing tolerance includes dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy. Dimensional accuracy is the item required when the bearing is installed on the shaft or bearing box, including inner diameter, outer diameter, width, chamfering dimensional tolerance or allowable value.  
The geometric accuracy includes the allowable value of inner diameter deviation, average inner diameter deviation, outside diameter deviation, average outside diameter deviation and parallel deviation of the end face of the ring. 
The rocker and roller bearing rotation accuracy is defined as the pendulum during rotation, including the radial and axial swing of inner and outer rings, the vertical straightness tolerance range of inner and outer ring side swing and outer diameter surface.  
The rocker and roller bearing accuracy grade of bearings is from ordinary grade 0 to grade 6, grade 5, grade 4 and grade 2, successively increasing.
Rocker and roller bearing clearance:
Rocker and roller bearing clearance refers to the amount of movement of the ring when the bearing is fixed on one side of the inner ring or outer ring before it is installed on the shaft or bearing box, so that the unfixed ring moves in radial or axial direction. According to the direction of movement, it can be divided into radial clearance and axial clearance.
How to ensure the reliable operation of rocker and roller bearing?
Generally speaking, from the point of view of use, the following points should be noted:  
1.  Bearing clearance should be appropriate, too large impact, too small poor lubrication, may burn tile;  
2.  Rocker and roller bearing surface quality and geometry should be strictly guaranteed;  
3.  Improve lubrication quality, control oil pressure, temperature and flow, strengthen oil filtration;  
4.  Use fuel oil and lubricating oil in accordance with the regulations.  
In order to make the bearing fully play and maintain its due performance for a long time, it is necessary to do a good job of regular maintenance.
