It has a simple structure, reliable operation, convenient bearing replacement, and is widely used in industries such as textile, light industry, papermaking, metallurgy, belt transportation, and conveying equipment.
Code: Latin script H and Arabic numerals indicate, and Arabic numerals from left to right indicate size series code and applicable bearing nominal inner diameter code respectively.
It is very important to install the roller bearing adapter sleeve correctly in future use.
1. Install eccentricity. Install the eccentric sleeve firmly and finally lock the eccentric hexagonal screw.
2. Fix the locking sleeve without tightening the bolts, and rotate the bearing outer sleeve inside the bearing.
3. Tighten the bearing seat bearing and lubricate the bearing with paint, and then assemble the bearing and bearing sleeve on the shaft. Push to the desired position for installation.
4. Before installing the fastening sleeve shaft, the fixed pin bearing sleeve must be removed, and the journal journal surface must be smooth, polished, rust proof, oiled, and lubricated.
