(3) Roller follower cam surface rough, there are injuries, pitting should be repaired.When the wear on the CAM top exceeds 1.00mm, the CAM top should be polished after surfacing to restore the original size and shape.Or replace it.
(4) the oil pump driving gear on the roller follower cam should be repaired if the tooth surface is rough or the tooth surface is worn more than 0.50mm.Individual gear tooth damage, without affecting the use of the case, allowed
Continue to use after the acute angles have been worn off.The surface roughness of the eccentric wheel of the driving oil pump shall not exceed o. 80 m.When eccentric wear exceeds 2.00mm, repair or replace camshaft by surfacing welding.
(5) cylindricity tolerance of each journal of camshaft: overhaul standard is 5 m, overhaul allowed no more than 15 m, usage limit is 25 m.
(6) when the roller follower cam is installed, the journal radial circular run-out tolerance of the gear and the end face circular run-out error of the axial thrust end face should not be greater than 35 m.
