In the last month month we receive an inquiry said they need roller main bearings. Please help make a quotation and check the shipping cost.

When I see the mail. My first reaction was don't have model number, size, quantity and other details. Maybe this buyer is not the end user or they need customized bearings.

So I make a quickly reply. List the roller main bearings types. And ask if they have the bearings model number(size, picture) and the quantity they need.

If they need customized bearings. They can send us the drawing if they have.

Also they can send us the roller main bearings sample. After we receive the sample. we can make the quotation. If they make sense. We can process the order to next step. They make the payment. We send make the drawing,produce sample for test before bulk order production.

I get the reply from the customer within 2 hours. As expected, the customer said he is not the end user. His friends machine roller main bearings brocken need one set new bearings for maintain use. But can't find the same roller main bearings in there country market. He sent the picture and size to me. Obvious, it's not the standard roller main bearings.
